These Terms govern access to and use of AutoWA. By creating an account, purchasing a plan, or using the service, you agree to these Terms.
Read this document before using the service. Do not use AutoWA if you do not agree.
Article 1Definitions
AutoWA is a WhatsApp automation, communication, CRM, campaign, integration, and management platform. User means a party that creates an account or uses the service. Content includes messages, media, contacts, templates, customer data, and other material processed through AutoWA.
Article 2Service Scope
Features may include multiple devices, Live Chat, campaigns, BOT, AI, API, phonebooks, scheduling, reports, and third-party integrations. Availability follows the selected plan, configuration, region, and technical changes.
Article 3Account and Security
- Provide accurate information and protect passwords, OTPs, API keys, and devices.
- Enable available safeguards and promptly report suspicious access.
- You remain responsible for activity through the account until a valid report is received.
Article 4Responsible Use
Use AutoWA only for lawful purposes, with an appropriate permission basis, relevant recipient lists, reasonable frequency, and an unsubscribe mechanism where required.
Article 5Prohibited Activities
- Spam, fraud, phishing, malware, unlawful gambling, exploitation, or illegal content.
- Impersonation, system interference, bypassing limits, unauthorized resale, or processing unlawfully obtained data.
- Using AutoWA to harm recipients, WhatsApp, Meta, AutoWA, or another party.
Article 6WhatsApp Connections and Risk
AutoWA is independent and is not part of, sponsored by, or controlled by WhatsApp or Meta.
- Official Connections are subject to Meta fees, conversation categories, template review, and policies.
- Unofficial Connections may provide broad capabilities without Meta per-message fees, but carry higher technical and restriction risk.
Restriction risk remains.
Per-device proxies, multi-account delivery, WA Warmer, delays, and load distribution may reduce risk but cannot guarantee that a number will not be restricted or blocked.
Article 7Plans, Payment, Activation, and Term
- Prices, term, capacity, features, trials, and promotions follow checkout information.
- Plans activate after verified payment unless stated otherwise.
- Access may be restricted after expiry and restored after renewal.
- Price or plan changes follow information shown before the next transaction.
Article 8Refund Policy
Digital-service transactions are generally final after activation. A request may be reviewed for duplicate payment, a verified unresolved AutoWA system failure, or where required by law.
Refunds are generally unavailable for a change of mind, wrong plan, unused term, a Terms violation, a WhatsApp block, third-party changes, or User device and network issues.
Article 9Data, Privacy, and Security
AutoWA processes data required for accounts, features, support, security, and payments. Users must ensure that contacts and Content are lawfully obtained and used. We apply reasonable safeguards, but no internet system can be guaranteed completely free from disruption or unauthorized access.
Article 10Availability, Maintenance, and Third Parties
We work to keep the service available but do not guarantee uninterrupted operation. Maintenance, updates, security measures, traffic, networks, devices, and changes by WhatsApp, Meta, or other providers may affect functionality.
Article 11Suspension and Termination
Access may be restricted, suspended, or terminated for suspected fraud, security threats, prohibited use, system disruption, legal obligations, unpaid fees, or a material breach. Serious violations may be acted on immediately.
Article 12Intellectual Property and Limitation of Liability
AutoWA interfaces, code, documentation, marks, and materials are protected by intellectual-property rights. A subscription grants only a limited right to use the service while the plan is active.
To the extent permitted by law, AutoWA is not liable for losses caused by User conduct, Content, recipient lists, WhatsApp restrictions, third-party changes, or device and network failures outside our reasonable control.
Article 13Governing Law, Disputes, and Changes
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Indonesia. Disputes will first be addressed through good-faith communication and then a competent forum if unresolved. The Terms may be updated for feature, security, operational, or legal changes.
