Effective upon publicationAutoWA services only
These Terms govern access to, purchase of, and use of the AutoWA platform. By creating an account, purchasing a plan, or using AutoWA, you confirm that you have read, understood, and accepted these Terms.
These Terms apply only to AutoWA and its WhatsApp management features. Consumer rights that cannot be waived under applicable law remain protected.
Article 1Definitions
- AutoWA is a WhatsApp communication management platform providing dashboards, campaigns, live chat/CRM, automation, device management, integrations, and APIs according to the selected plan.
- User means any individual or business that registers for, purchases, or uses AutoWA.
- Account includes the User's AutoWA access, connected WhatsApp devices, credentials, settings, and related data.
- Content includes messages, media, contacts, templates, data, and other material processed through AutoWA.
- Third parties include WhatsApp, Meta, network, hosting, proxy, and integration providers outside AutoWA's direct control.
Article 2Scope of AutoWA Services
AutoWA helps Users manage WhatsApp communication from one platform. Features may include sending and receiving messages, scheduled campaigns, multi-device and multi-account sending, live chat/CRM, chatbots and automated replies, activity monitoring, WordPress integrations, webhooks, API access, and documentation.
Features, capacity, device limits, subscription periods, and usage limits follow the purchased plan. We may adjust features for security, service improvements, technical changes, or third-party policy changes.
Article 3Account Eligibility and Security
- Users must provide accurate information, protect credentials, and limit access to authorized persons.
- Activity through an Account is treated as the User's activity until unauthorized access is reported through an official channel.
- Users must secure their devices, WhatsApp numbers, API keys, webhooks, tokens, and integrated systems.
- AutoWA may request reasonable verification to prevent fraud, misuse, or Account takeover.
Article 4Responsible Use
Users are responsible for their Content, recipient lists, lawful basis for contacting recipients, sending frequency, and all activity performed through AutoWA.
- Messages must have a lawful purpose, clearly identify the sender, and be relevant to recipients.
- Users must honor opt-out requests, maintain reasonable frequency, and avoid disturbing recipients.
- Contacts and personal data must be lawfully obtained, stored, and used.
- Users must not breach, disrupt, reverse engineer, or bypass AutoWA security or technical limits.
Article 5Prohibited Promotions and Activities
AutoWA must not be used, directly or indirectly, to create, send, facilitate, or promote:
- online gambling, betting, wagering, or similar activities;
- fraud, phishing, impersonation, fake investments, extortion, or schemes that harm others;
- illegal drugs, unlawful weapons, human trafficking, or goods and services prohibited by law;
- pornography, sexual exploitation, violence, hate speech, threats, or harassment;
- malware, data theft, privacy violations, intellectual-property infringement, or unauthorized access;
- aggressive spam, promotion without relevant consent, or any activity violating law, WhatsApp/Meta policies, or third-party rights.
Serious violations may be acted on immediately.Where there is strong indication or evidence of gambling promotion or another prohibited activity, AutoWA may suspend or terminate the Account without prior notice. To the extent permitted by law, fees already paid will not be refunded. AutoWA is not responsible for number blocks, claims, fines, losses, or other consequences caused by a User's prohibited activity.
Article 6WhatsApp Connections and Blocking Risk
AutoWA is an independent platform and is not part of, sponsored by, or controlled by WhatsApp or Meta. WhatsApp and Meta may change policies, APIs, detection systems, pricing, templates, or technical access at any time.
- Official Connections use Meta's official API and are subject to applicable fees, conversation categories, template review, and official policies.
- Unofficial Connections do not use Meta's official API. They can provide most WhatsApp management capabilities without per-message charges or Meta template review, but carry higher technical and restriction risks.
Restriction and blocking risks remain.Unofficial connections, bulk delivery, and repeated sending patterns may trigger WhatsApp restrictions. Proxy per Device, multi-account sending, WA Warmer, delivery delays, and load distribution can help reduce risk but cannot guarantee that a number will not be restricted or blocked.
Users are responsible for choosing a connection type, maintaining number quality, controlling volume, using relevant Content, and complying with WhatsApp/Meta policies and applicable law.
Article 7Plans, Payment, Activation, and Term
- Pricing, subscription term, capacity, features, trials, and promotions follow the information displayed at checkout.
- Payment must be verified before plan activation unless the transaction page states otherwise.
- Users must review plan details before payment. Selecting the wrong plan does not automatically qualify for a refund.
- Access or features may be restricted after a subscription expires until it is renewed.
- Renewals, price changes, and plan changes follow the latest information shown before the next transaction.
Article 8Refund Policy
Because AutoWA is a digital service that can be activated and used immediately, transactions are generally final once a plan is active. This does not limit rights that must be provided under applicable law.
A refund request may be reviewed where:
- a duplicate payment was made for the same transaction;
- payment was confirmed but the plan could not be activated due to a verified AutoWA system failure that could not be resolved within a reasonable time; or
- a refund is required by applicable law.
Refunds are generally not provided for a change of mind, selecting the wrong plan, an unused subscription period, a violation of these Terms, a WhatsApp restriction or block, third-party policy changes, or issues involving the User's device, network, number, or integration.
Requests must be submitted through an official channel with transaction evidence and issue details. Each request will be reasonably reviewed against transaction and technical records.
Article 9Data, Privacy, and Security
AutoWA processes information needed to provide Accounts and features, support Users, maintain security, and handle payments. Users remain responsible for ensuring that contacts and Content processed through AutoWA are lawfully obtained and used.
We apply reasonable safeguards appropriate to the service. No internet system can be guaranteed to be completely free from disruption or unauthorized access. Users must promptly update credentials and contact support if a security incident is suspected.
Article 10Availability, Maintenance, and Third Parties
We work to keep AutoWA available and updated but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Maintenance, updates, security measures, traffic spikes, networks, User devices, or WhatsApp/Meta changes may affect functionality.
Third-party integrations are subject to each provider's terms, limits, and availability. We may change or discontinue integrations that are no longer secure, available, or suitable.
Article 11Suspension and Termination
AutoWA may restrict, suspend, or terminate access where there is suspected fraud, a security threat, prohibited use, disruption to systems or other users, a legal obligation, unpaid fees, or a material breach of these Terms.
Where feasible and consistent with security or an investigation, Users will receive reasonable information. Serious violations, including gambling promotion and activities prohibited by Article 5, may be acted on immediately. To the extent permitted by law, termination for a User violation does not create a refund right, without limiting mandatory legal rights.
Article 12Intellectual Property and Limitation of Liability
AutoWA's interface, code, documentation, marks, and supporting materials are protected by intellectual-property rights. A subscription grants a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the service during the active plan term.
To the extent permitted by law, AutoWA is not responsible for losses arising from User conduct, Content, recipient lists, prohibited activity, WhatsApp/Meta blocks, third-party service changes, or device and network failures outside our reasonable control. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability or consumer rights that cannot legally be waived.
Article 13Governing Law, Disputes, and Changes
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Indonesia. Disputes will first be addressed through good-faith communication and discussion. If unresolved, the parties may use a competent dispute-resolution forum under applicable law.
We may update these Terms to reflect changes in features, security, operations, or law. Material changes will be communicated through the website, dashboard, or another reasonable channel. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance to the extent permitted by law.
Article 14Official Contact
Questions, abuse reports, transaction issues, and refund requests may be submitted through these official channels.
